About me
Oren has been a proud resident of Côte Saint-Luc for over 25 years. He and his wife are raising their three children here, all of whom attend Herzliah, deeply rooted in the community they love.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Montreal and an MBA, Oren brings together compassion, leadership, and a strong sense of service. Most recently, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, an institution that plays a vital role in overseeing the hospitals and healthcare services that directly impact our community.
In his free time, Oren dedicates hundreds of hours as a certified First Responder, proudly serving with the highly respected Côte Saint-Luc EMS ambulance program.

Oren has always believed in giving back. Since the beginning of his council mandate in 2017, he has been on the front lines supporting residents and protecting the community. His passion for healthcare extends beyond emergency response, he is committed to reimagining and improving how healthcare is delivered, particularly at home, where families need it most.
For Oren, serving on council is about more than leadership. It’s about integrity, action, and a genuine commitment to building a safer, healthier, and stronger Côte Saint-Luc for every resident.
